Susan Chana Lask is a nationally recognized civil rights and appellate attorney with more than 35 years of experience litigating in state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court.

She was counsel of record before the U.S. Supreme Court in Florence v. Board of Chosen Freeholders, a landmark civil rights case, and achieved a groundbreaking Second Circuit decision in Christiansen v. Omnicom Group, Inc., reversing decades of precedent on workplace discrimination.

Her career has included high-profile consumer protection litigation, foreclosure-fraud enforcement, legislative advocacy, and appellate work addressing systemic abuses in the legal system.
